I think we are being objective labelling Arsenal as dirty, ogsimon. Fact is they have one of the worst disciplanary record in EPL history and don't seem likely to lose it (even more so than Leeds (due to the season to season consistency of their offenses) who have turned a corner from their thugish play a coulpe of seasons ago - probably because they've sold their team ). I wasn't on about Pires and Vieira diving (yes, I think Vieira dives as well) because, as you say, every team has their offenders in this. I was on about the unordinary amount of red and yellow cards they receive and some elbows and kicks and other violent play that have gone relatively, or occasionally completely, unpunished.

Add to this the constant unsporting comments of their manager and I think you have the dirtiest team in the EPL and that is why I called them dirty. It's not down to any grudges, after all Man City and Liverpool have more heated rivalries with Man Utd and I don't think either of them are dirty.

I mean, you'd label Keano as dirty yet compared to Vieira and Campbell in recent times he's a saint.
