DDL-tactic for download?

PB8 Uses DDL. That's Paul Buxtons 4-4-2 DDL. This is what Paul had to say about it:

My latest creation, and probably the one I am most proud of due to the fact making a good 4-4-2 seems so damned hard for the majority of people!

As I say 4-4-2's are notoriously hard to make so when I saw the results of this I was mighty suprised!

I tested it with Newcastle United in Austalia and only suffered 1 defeat and won the league by 17 points, since then I've tesed it with Linfield in N.I where it won the quadruple, Spurs in England where I finished 3rd after only signing 2 players, I had some great victories in that season including beating Arsenal 6-1 at home and beating Man U twice away!

This tactic is very good considering it's a 4-4-2, I am not going to say it's the best tactic out there because it is not, but it's arguably the best 4-4-2 tactic you'll find.

I also have a DDL tactic, I only tested with Roma though, although the results were magnificent defensively. Read about it below and download it.

As a firm supporter of DDL, I also developed a 4132 DDL that I'm interested in others testing; it recently allowed .25 goals a game during a test throughout the entire season, losing a grand total of ZERO games.

I tested the Diamond07UK-tactic with Marseille and won the league by a few ponits. My defensive play wasn't as impressive as I thougt it would be though...However I also clinched the french league cup while I lost out with 0-2 at home to Nantes in the quarterfinal of the UEFA-cup.

I am waiting for that Andy Jordan-tactic...It seems fantactic, even if Roma is a very good team no matter what tactic you use.

Roma are the best team in the game, to be honest, testing with them was a huge mistake on my part.

For DDL to work, your defence will need excellent positioning and decent anticipation.

The midfield need to be strong, they are as important as the defence, there are lots of side-effects to the DDL.

Like I said, Roma are terrible to test with, I should have run further tests with other teams. My bad.

Well, I also must agree with Gareth's new statement condeming testing with big teams. Until this is proven at bigger levels, it won't be available for public download. However, I am open to private testing and perhaps tweaking, and if interested talk to me on MSN.

Red Devil, I could say the tactics been cracked, but recently it's been peforming **** for me too. Without a doubt it is my worst tactic, that's why I have been saying, playing and testing with the best teams is ****. A major mistake on my part. Let it be a lesson to myself and all of the other tactic makers.

I will compensate you though, download Birdfoot, that is by far my best tactic. :)

never mind min, i didnt mean to tease u;) i was just a bit upset after i lost in the CL final:( then i posted the post, so i wasnt in good mood by the time:)

anyway thanks for ur effort in making good tactics, keep going:D

As for the tactics, Birdfoot, AOA, and Christmas tree are proven winners. :)

The defensive side to the wonder tactic :D

AOA is very good, but I think Birdfoot is better.
