Hi, I have a problem when converting the .cff files into .rx3, so as a lot of people.
How do you guys save your work with Blender?

When I select scene, i get a python script error, and when I select the face uv, I can save and re open the file in Blender, no problem here, but the .cff can't be converted to .rx3.:-(

What am I doing wrong? I'm pretty sure I didn't delete any vertex (I don't even know how to do it).

For people who are using Blender 2.5:

Blender 2.5 has totally changed the scripts system so the cff scripts only works in blender 2.49


Now i am finishing the hair´s tool i need beta testers who wants to test te tool in as many files as they can. candidates send me a pm
 
Good news, I solved my Blender issues, but I still can't convert to .rx3, while other users can do it, so the modified file isn't the problem.:-(

Nice to hear that you are still working on it, looking forward to hair tool.
Btw. will you also have a look at the face conversion as some facemakers
reported that the tool doesn't convert the model changes of mouth and
eyebrows for example? And another question, will you think about Oedit
support or not?

i haven´t look at that problem i thougth that that things worked ok.About oedit i haven´t time to learn about oedit files especifications so i will not work on it. If someone knows about oedit for him adapt the cff files to oedit will be simple because cff structure is very easy so he could make a program to transform cff files into oedit files
 
body models can also be edited with the tool. about the mouth and eyebrow stuff, i disagree. it does change. what happens with mouth, is that ingame, all players have their mouth a bit open. maybe its some mechanism from EA. but it will change, if you edit. eybrows the same although theres not such thing as a certain position.
 
There are a way to make a lot of faces in a few time and with a great result. People from pes already make it.

The system consists in use facegen to create the faces and then with a blender script transform a ingame face to the one we have created.

To do this first is necessary that someone makes the template model of a fifa face in facegen using facegen customizer using this tutorial:

then using that template all people could make great faces in a few minutes following the tutorial made by cherif nour for pes faces.Here is the spanish translation of that tutorial.

If a goodfacemaker makes the template face people could make a lot of great faces with blender and facegen. i am going to put this as a thread.
 
I tried it a little with Cherif Nour in PES but result was not that good with this tool, what about the problems with .cff to .rx3 conversion jor, please? :browsmiley:
