whats softwares/apps/tools/programs do you use in face making?

Well I use facegen 3DMax Studio 2011 and Blender.
For texture I use photoshop. About the tips. There is not much to say. You just have to practice, look to other's works and try to absorb as much info as you can, that way you can create your own style.
