the only important is to have a good pic

Try not to use too much bleer and use more sharpening. And also use bigger pictures, work more time on the texture, watch some videos on youtube and the most important PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! Nice start, welcome to this forum!

For now you need to use existing hairs from FIFA player,find a player with similiar model.
