I think you should work more with Roux's head model, especially with his forehead (make it bigger) and with his eyes. Texture is good, but all the same, to be honest, he looks not very similar. What about hair, try to use Badstuber's hairstyle.
P.S. Which photo did you use for model?

You've so many awesome faces so far, but this face is needed to be improved. I am using this version of him. If you wana create a new version of him, you should consider improve current best version of him.

Lol didn't knew there was already a version of him. I start playing with Lille yesterday that's why I did him. Since there is a very good version of him there's no need to advance more.
