Anyway, I've been to one Bryan Adams concert and concerts by Polish bands that I doubt you'll be familiar with.
Nope More like some pop bands such as the likes of Ich Troje and Stachursky that me and my friends used to go to for the fun of itINFESTA;2285112 said:No Myslovitz?

tough question. maybe iggy pop. or neil young. or pixies, or elvis costello, or r.e.m..Horatiu;2284633 said:Emmer, which band that you've seen live was the best?
aye, i don't feel really embarrassed, i actually find them one of the greatest hard rock bands ever. it's just that they're far from being my favourite music artist nowadays. and it seems they can't record a great album anymore (such as the rolling stones). even the live ones have been poor.SlowSilver;2284684 said:Why feel embarrassed? i'm not a big fan of o rappa, but i like some songs, especially from "lado b lado a", which has some good lyrics (don't know if your girl's translated them for you, heheh). have you watched the "minha alma (a paz que eu não quero)" video? it was directed by kátia lung and paulo lins -- respectively co-director and writer of "city of god". fans of the film may like the video (try to find it on youtube).PhiLLer;2285139 said:Emmer, have you been to see rappa? my girl (who's from sp) introduced me to them about a year ago, bought all their albums right away. Was supposed to go see them when I was over there in oct. but it didn't work out. Who knows maybe in the future.

i've never seen them live, and probably never will -- i kind of lost interest on the band after ex-drummer and lyricist marcelo yuka left the band.
so you know this awful city where i live in, huh? how was your stay here, tell me more about it!
