1) I don't know yet, but expect some new faces in v2.
2) Liga a 3-a = 95.000/140.000 ; Liga a 4-a = 50.000/85.000 (approximately)
I know they don't even have that money in the real-life but you know, 100.000 is almost nothing in FIFA.

maybe it's not transfer time yet
and the player join at your team when it's transfer time

it was exactly when the 2nd season began...is was transfer time...they accepted(tou succesfully transfered C. Niculescu from U Cluj)and now at the match with cluj he played

You need to sign the player after he accepts, you receive a mail with C.Niculescu has agreed to join the team, enter the mail and press Sign Player. Otherwise the negotiating is useless.
