From the Ukrainian league for years in FIFA there was only Shakhtar Donetsk, then came Dynamo Kyiv.
From the Czech league after FIFA 11 it disappeared, until only recently we got Slavia, Sparta and Viktoria.
From Greece we have AEK, PAOK, Panathinaikos and Olympiacos. I haven't seen any other Greek teams in FIFA.
For me Turkey remains.

At first I would have added both Turkish and Greek groups of 8 teams butI have to limit to 10 leagues group I think or maybe you can confirm me this:

more
4 leagues top 8 = 32 clubs
total 104 clubs
24 remaining spots are for 24 clubs from other countries (all UCL participants from the 5 year period) qualified to second and third rounds for UCL preliminary, knock out and groups.

I think fifa 14 has a limit of 128-130 teams per tournament, if you create bigger tournaments with more than 128 clubs the game crashes I think.. I saw this somewhere when they made road to world cup 2014 mods, this is why they never made full world cup qualifiers but a dlc swith between full UEFA RTWC and last stages from other confederations, or full UEFA with full CAF but small AFC etc..

If I had both Turkey and Greece groups, that makes 116 clubs, letting only 12 free spots for all other leagues clubs that's too short

Scotland league is part of top 10 until beginning of 90's (1992 I think) then almost completely disappears from top 10.
Greece is good part of top 10 from mid 90's until end of 00's (2008-) but remains at "the door" of top 10.
Turkey enter 10 start of 00's end of 90's, then go out but remains in or at the door of top 10 since then.

With all due respect, throughout the 90s Celtic and Rangers were not only local hegemons but also played successfully in European competitions. I can't imagine making even 8 teams out of the Scottish league from every year.

It's a tough choice, but I'd be most happy to lump them all together.

I have found this solution to stick to maximum of 128 teams tournament:

Sadly for me, I can reduce Belgian league to top 8 instead of top 12 (but I will let the 4 extra clubs on the game, only tournament will take 8 teams).

With this:

G1 - G5 top 12 ITA/SPA/ENG/GER/FRA = 60 teams
G6 - G11 top 8 BEL/NED/POR/RUS/TUR/GRE = 48 teams
total 108 teams
more 20 teams qualified to second round for UCL (Donetsk, Kobenhavn, APOEL, Basel, Celtic, Malmo, Ludogorets, Maribor, Hapoel Tel Aviv, Rangers, Zilina, Partizan, Cluj, Austria Wien, Borisov, D Kiev, Nordsjaelland, Zagreb, Plzen and Steaua) (2010-15 I mean)
that makes 128 teams

note that all other 5 years clubs for 10-15 like Dnipro, Metalist, Aalborg etc etc will remain but won't take part of the tournament (no UCL participation during the period)

Turkish Groups top 8 will consist of (based on average results during 10-11 to 14-15):
Galatasaray SK
Trabzonspor
Bursaspor
Besiktas JK
Fenerbahce SK

honestly, I want to release a beta first version as soon as possible.

next week is maybe short, but let's say 2 more likely.

As I want to do this, let's say that first beta would include:

2010-15 period completed with all clubs, and the tournament 10-15.
National teams NQ added for 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and Road to Euro 2020 with 36 teams (tournament included expanded with 6 teams for Euro 2020 only).
2015-20 period basically completed, missing only the teams to make the full groups of 12 and 8 teams like 2010-15 but no tournament but with new teams added already.
More faces already added, more graphics.

Let's say that this can be closed for a beta first version.

For next version would include:
2005-10 period expanded.
2015-20 tournament done
Euro 08, World Cup 2006 and 2010 more NQ with expanded tournaments from 2006 until 2018.
Single year affair :d

For the all sets alternate kits, this would be definitely for a second release, too many graphical settings and renaming even if I've got all material already.

I have a bit of a collection from FIFA10 I think, there are png logos for 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 + F14 format logos for 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018.
World Cup 2010 style seems to have been done by Zicstark and can be found in this SB:

One style I still can't find is Euro 2008:

Do you have these by any chance?

As a last ditch effort, they can probably be exported from EA Euro 2008:

One concern I have about these specific logo packs is that they usually include only the officially qualified teams, so for example Russia 2010 or England 2008 as potential unqualified teams would have to be recreated manually unless found in a comprehensive logo pack.

England 2008 should be in EA's Euro 2008 game, as all countries in UEFA Euro qualifying are present as you can see from Finland in your screenshot

Yeah these are just random examples. But when we're talking about adding more teams to something like WC2006 or WC2002 with specific logos, I have the 32 nations logos but I doubt we can find additional ones like Russia 2006 or Uruguay 2006 unless we can recreate them in the same style, if you know what I mean

World Cup 2018: Ovide's mod basic release in June 08 has those for all nt's
Euro 16: I think MW mod 16 euro 16 has got them
World Cup 2014: RTWC and WC patch 14 has them all I think
Euro 2012: can be exported via DLC
World Cup 2010: I have a fifa 11 world cup mod with 64 teams, don't still check if the team logos are proper official but I think so (otherwise xbox game has them)
Euro 08: can be from xbox game
World Cup 2006: any ideas, maybe xbox version has them but until now world cup 2006 console rx2 are not readable or exportable by any exporter (I would need the logos and the kits in png otherwise...)
Euro 2004: I have a fifa 12 mod for euro 2004 don't still check if logos are right official ones.
World Cup 2002: any idea where to find them

Euro 2020: would probably appear soon.

I have not really much time those days to work on adding this stuff, but I'll asap add World cup 2010 NQ teams and then will check the 2010 logos inside the mod I have.

For those euro 2008, I'll add some NQ teams too, all teams that have finished 3rd and some 4th of the qualifiers groups will be added
