Hmmm, thats a hard call there Hans. Any of the above maybe.

Syaz, dont assume that it will be Chelsea who might get a penalty. Don't forget Gerrard. His forte is conning the ref in the box whenever they need a goal. I saw him dive 3 times in one game last week, but the ref was wise to the cheating prick and he got nothing. I would have given him 2 yellows and sent him off. He's a disgrace. Shame because he is a fantastic player.

.....and where Chelsea are concerned, I have learned after following them for over 40 years, that we are always just as likely to fu<k up as play well. One thing a long standing Chelsea fan does not expect is success or victory. We are more surprised than anyone when we actually achieve it. That does not mean you cannot have a positive outlook though.

this looks good for us, 45 minutes to go, if we score one more, its over, would be really dreadful if liverpool could do something like they did against milan few years ago, but i dont think so... anyway, nice goal there, didier... most important thing now is not to concede a goal, a one could have terrible consequences :P

looking forward to moscow! ;)

drogba have proved why benitez shud shut his mouth.drogba is my man of the match for today. aside of lamps. hats off to him.his goal was an emotional one and I'm really proud a player of his calibre playing for this team.

Congrats tonight. We shall be waiting in Moscow! The two best English teams are the two best European teams. Good match, Chelsea won fair and square, the referee was brilliant I thought. Great game for a neutrel, must of been hell for you guys in places though. Makelele was awesome, kept Gerrard well and truly quiet.

My only fear is Abramovic pulling some strings and denying Utd players Russian work visa, haha. :)

i almost cried after that penalty, not to mention how beutifully it was done... great game - emotions, great football, great atmosphere, big excitement... this match got everything important, WHAT-A-GAME!!!

i hoped for Lamps' goal, knew he'd celebrate it beautifully and so emotionally and there it was... the best - lamps at his best (if u know what i mean :D)

did u notice gerrard applauding after game? i wouldnt expect that, i was surprised, of course, in positive way... nice of him...

and one more thing, in my opininon, better goalkeeper today was reina... i would have said there were both great and level, but i was so disappointed with cech after that babel shot (damn, a NICE one!) he could have kept it out, i think...

YES YES YES.....we did it at last. We finally beat 'pool to the final, but what a game. I expected it to be fiery and it was all that, plus it was played so well by both teams. Nothing nasty just a fiercely competitive match.

First half to us and second half to them, but extra time was ours. Two great goals by Drog tonight (spurred on by Rafa's comments about him ), and Franks penalty brought tears to his eyes as he dedicated it to his mum, and there was not one Chelsea fan in the Bridge who didn't have a lump in their throat when Frank fell to his knees, clearly very emotional after scoring. The guy must be made of steel. I just don't know how he does it sometimes.

Shame Essien's goal was disallowed. That was an Essien cracker. I didn't see the Hypia penalty claim too well from where I was sitting, but if it was a pen, then we were damned lucky on that occasion that the ref never gave it.

Liverpool. What can you say about them huh? They never give up, and they are such a difficult team to beat. I thought we had it sewn up before Babel scored his wonder strike. I think Cech was thinking the same thing. It certainly made the boys focus harder until the final whistle though.

Damn, our first CL final. This is what Roman asked for, and Grant and the players have given it to him. I'm very proud of the guys tonight and very proud of the Chelsea faithful too. The fans sung their hearts out and the scenes on the terraces after the final whistle testified to the collective joy ( and relief), everyone felt.

An historic night for us. One that I've waited all my life to be part of, and it feels GREAT:dance::D

Unfortunately will Riise's own goal send you through. But you were better than us today I think. To much errors from Liverpool.

Good luck in the final. I hope you beat the crap out of United.

Great game, better then our 1-0. This match is going to be interesting. Will one team scoop the double or will it be one a piece. And which will be perceived as the biggest prize. Normally I'd say Europe but considering the all English final...

Who am I trying to kid, it will still be Europe, it will be watched on a global scene. But the interesting fact will be who's the better side if it goes one a piece. I don't have a answer for that.
