The "minor leagues" (other than England, Germany, Italy, Spain and France) may be with old kits and rosters, but it's very hard work to update all of them and more updates are coming for sure.

Here is another mirror for the 3rd part and the quickfix if someone can't download from Filefront. Filefront is sometimes a bit slow, but Rapidshare always gives the fastest speeds.

I don't see why not since the database is not obfuscated this year (just use CM's normal Open rather than Open CEP)

Hey, everyone. I've been reading this thread recently and now I'm really concerned as how bad it can be. I would really like to get my FIFA08 expanded with almost every major national league/tournament but i would to be able to play it. lol

So can anyone explain to me what the problems are with the CEPs. Thank you.

just the major leagues r updated with rosters and stuff and they r fifa 07 kits not fifa 08 and all the other league have 2006/07 rosters

For starters, all graphics are 1G. They look just as bad as the default ones that came with Fifa.

I just installed this thing and was not happy. A lot of quantity but no quality.

You just get a lot more leagues but what's the point of getting all those leagues if the actual game looks bad?

I would rather stick to my updated Fifa with 2G kits and 2G addboards, and nice minikits and all that other stuff I added.

If you are still using an old 17" CTR monitor, maybe you won't notice a big difference, but if you are using a 24"LCD, it makes a huge difference.

Well if the Kits and Mini kits are the issue, with it been compatable with CM 08, why not just import the 2G kits into the game after installing the CEP or is there something else i should know about that makes that idea impossible?

I think some guys here on the forum are working on a similar patch called World of Fifa but with 2G kits and 2G addboards. Hopefully the quality will be better.

Damn, I can't even get CEP to work. I reinstalled FIFA 08 and then installed CEP. The game crashed. I tried fatbhbuilder, but it didn't help.

Make a patch adding template FIFA08. At many national commands kits were replaced. But kitsmakers have ceased to do new forms in a format for FIFA07. How this problem is solved?
