My memory (and forum search) has failed me, what is it we change so that a player I recently signed can be sold?

So I'll try to make this post more useful! Two of the biggest issues around transfers as I see them:

1. The game is hard coded to never, ever, under any circumstances allow any player with an OVR >69 into the free agent pool, no matter if that's when starting a new CM (eligible players magically show up on random teams instead) or players not able to agree new contracts and released (as is very usual in real life), would be wonderful if someone can come up with a solution to this.

2. Players with an OVR >75 almost never end up transfer listed, which is ludicrous and again would be awesome if it could be fixed?

Maybe it's the same like last year , but it is not working for me.

1. Will take a look at this issues. :)
The free agents is still not bug free, think only EA can fix this. :/

2. Things that control this behavior: morale, club rating (e.g. high ranked teams don't list them players), form? Also clubs consider an offer instead of browsing the transfer list, like it is in the 'real world'. ;)
Don't know if it should be fixed.

Please use a tool like CG File Explorer 16 to find the (vanilla) files. :)
Main reason is that you'll will find more files I haven't included (atm.) in the patch. ;)
The reason for the vanilla exists, is that the Xbox 360 files could only be decrypted last year. But thanks to malloc84 the PC files are now readable. :)

if i want increase HOMEADV I must more 7 ..i'm doing it wrong?
and the last question these string are only for simulation or also in gameplay?
but user-cpu? are there the string to have homeadv?

One thing that was annoying me from last year was how the ai would never try to negotiate cheaper prices when signing players (with your patch installed). It seems to be a problem as well this year (although it is in its veryyyy early stages so understandable) so that might be something to fix later on ;)

Last year it already happened with the original and with your patch, for a side i cant complain since i have an 85 OVR goalkeeper :D

Simple create a rna.ini inside the game-directory (and regenerate)

So we should use rna.ini for modifications rather than the cl.ini file used in FIFA 15?

It is working for me , but I only tested it for change to metric units , I do not know yet the full potential of this file....I plan to though.

Do you mean the height? There is a string that defines the variations.
Also it is possible to define height/width, but may require the database to be edited.

It doesn't matter, but I always prefer rna.ini or install.ini.
The reason is that cl.ini isn't in any *.big file.

- Correct, there are only for sim.
But remember it may be C/C++ hardcoded instead.
- [CPUAI] is for gameplay, see platform.ini/product.ini
You can choose higher values or reduce the string values.
e.g. AWAY_OFFENSE_DIFFICULTY=1.05 or HOME_OFFENSE_DIFFICULTY=0.95.
Never tested, so just try and see what happens (that is also for other strings).

because I'm looking to make the career mode difficult to win, etc..
[I'm on Legendery btw, and it's way too easy to me..]

Not necesarilly the height , what I mean is this:
I play career mode and I sign or transfer a computer regerated player or a player from my youth academy.
What I want to edit to this player is the body , to make it slim , nothing else (because this year also I do not like body models) , and be able to continue career.
That is my question and if possible , what do I need to edit exactly?
Or is it possible to determine cpu to regen slim body players only or mostly?

In fact, if a team sells Tevez Pirlo and Vidal in a market session, than,
it's likely that it can lose even if it's called Juventus or Real Madrid!

So, my choice:
80+4+0+10+2+1+(3*6)!

Prestige impacts only 18 against vanilla 30.
Rating impacts 80 versus 78,
but 80/115 is much heavy that 78/124.
Other values as homeadv are
automatically increased because
4/115 is higher than 4/124.

or are there other strings to have what i want?
