Very easy to do. In the board.ini file the first option is:

This doesn't work (anymore), don't know for sure with FIFA 16, but this had no effect on <=FIFA 15.
You will need to set higher values.
Believe there is also a string somewhere in cmsettings.ini, maybe that could be the key. ;)

:S That's no good. I know there is a setting which disables the board totally.

Thank god I have been playing with some of the files and setup speed and acceleration training. My only issue is I haven't been able to setup a separate training just for that. Had to add it to one of the dribbling training sets. Is this going to be in your release?

O btw I meant to say thanks for all your hard work beta990 been using it for ages (H)

Consider a donation (just a note to everybody) to the decrypters/software developers. Thanks to them we're able to mod the game. :)

I haven't found the time to test the training mode, how does it work?
Is it not boosting the players to much?

I haven't done a complete year some people say they can grow player by 10 points a season.

In relation to Sprint and acceleration training it does it slowly so I don't believe it's op.

Would you like a copy of the relevant files for training?

Lucky they have entries for Sprint and acceleration just need them to the training set.

I'm testing the sprint and acceleration on a player called Ralte brought from free agents that already has 88 for both sprint and acceleration. After around 6 sessions he has almost gone to 89 for both so don't think it's op.

Well if a player is very good (or high) at something then it's not realistic that he can grow a lot more, but if you have a slow player with sprinting of 63, you shouldn't be able to add 25 onto his sprint no matter how many years you train him, bionic legs aren't allowed ;)

That might be an issue but compared to the reading I've done and some youtube vids watched training stuffs physical growth so I personally would rather grow someone by 25 then not at all.

I guess it would be up to the player if they would make a player grow so much.

Hmm, not a big fan of boosting players, 10 points is quite a lot.
Two, three points would be more realistic.

What exactly do you mean by the spring/acc.? Are they still 'going down' too quickly (e.g. age 27/28>)? :)

I only want to do some scouting, transfers and gameplay. :P

I mean total growth be that tackling, passing etc. Looking into the files there seems to be ways to change the amount of growth a player gets. Also to my understanding it's capped to the players potential so you can't make a player that normally caps out at say 70 grow to an 85.

No what happens is if you train a player his sprint and acceleration wont grow but his other stats will when he reaches his cap. Hope that makes sense.

If you would like and time permitting I might have a play around and send you the edited files that slows down growth but also allows sprint and acceleration training.

Also meant to add if I'm correct you can't increase a players rating past his potential so you might be able to get a winger say to 90 sprint and acceleration but to the cost of his other stats if that makes sense so it does balance.

I could be totally wrong but that's how I think it happens

I personally hate the damn attribute masking , hope beta will eliminate this fast , a huge loss of time , in my opinion for scouting.
