Done career with Marseille in my 5th year. Board forced me to sell M'Bia, so I had to get someone to replace my best defender.

2-0 victory at Arsenal and a 3-0 win against Sunderland have handed QPR their first Championship. This has been the most gripping career mode I've ever played.

Off to the next season, I'm not sure how to improve the squad. I've bought a backup keeper and might get one or two players for squad depth, since we're in the Champions League and might get hit by injuries, again.

Hey guys, I kinda need you help with something.
So I bought fifa 12. Pretty awesome game so far. I'm having lots of fun with manager mode or career mode or whatever it's called. So after three years with Juve (where I managed to win two championships and a cl title) I decided to leave Turin. And so, I set my eyes on Anzhi, where I can cause havoc in the russian league with the ****load of money they have. But bummer.. every time I finish the season they won't give me an offer to manage them. After like 8-9 loads I finally get an offer from the russian league.. but ****.. it's from Spartak.
So my question is: Is there any way to maybe "persuade" the game into offering me a job at Anzhi ?

So far from my experience the offered clubs you get depend on your own club's rating (number of stars). So Anzhi might be a lower ranked club (too few 'stars') compared to Juve.
By the way Spartak kicks ass. With Welliton anything's possible.
Job offers are too less in fifa 12.i finished 8 seasons.barca got relegated after just getting 3 points in 38 games.i can literally say dat i destroyed them.i bought all their good players except xavi and iniesta.i sold most of my players.i still have cr7.i have courtouis,thiago,wilshere,enriksen,hazard,bale,hummels,smalling,sakho,iturbe,walker,lukaku,balotelli and neymar

Player growth in FIFA. I been trying to google this but can't find anything on it.
I know form affects growth but how do I get better forms? I play on 7 minute halves world class. Does that affect something? Should I play on more? I mean I get clean sheets and sometimes my defenders hardly see action and they get a 5.5 even when they do I get 6-6.5... It's super rare for me to get 7 with anyone but a winger. Help?

one thing i have noticed in fifa12 career mode that..there is no transfer activity bw europeans teams and south american teams.m at 6 season in my cm but neymar,ganso,alex and lucas are still in their respected teams.
