Career mode !!!

Hai guys
We are all waiting for Fifa 12.The most exciting feature that most of us including me are looking forward is the career mode.With the new features like youth academy,press interaction,transfer deadline day,multiple scouts etc will make the game more exciting than before.
So i have created this thread for everyone to post their progress,squads,tactics,formations,transfers etc.You can also add your screenshots,Bugs you found,solution to bugs etc.By doing so we can help each other out with things regarding transfers,tactics etc and will definetly improve your game.We can give you advices regarding everything in career mode.
What do you guys think ?

I hope that this year we don't have bugs like consoles have on 11, because the new career mode looks really complete, I might play a season or two.

Mate, FIFA 12 Console=PC. If console is equal to PC then it's the SAME.
Only if EA does not lie. We'll see if anything is not the same when full version comes out. ;)

No problem, mate.

So it's great that you can now track better your players on loan. In FIFA 11 I was always having a lot of players on loan (youngsters), but when they did come back there was a little or no improvement. In 12 this is improved (Y)

Yeah i had a problem with that too.i had a lot of players on loan.i was frustrated when they didnt grow.Sometimes big clubs sign players on loan and dont play them at all.hope these bugs are fixed.
