Dortmund is rumored to want to get Larrson from Barca in the winter. I hope it happens... but i wonder how his injury is healing.

Havent heard much about Pauuwe. I'd love to have de Jong, Larrson and Pienaar. I hope Ailton works out better than Buckley. He has been very disappointing. Pienaar is linked with many other clubs who are much better qualified than BVB... basically no chance of getting him.

De Jong: Incredibly versatile player. Can play multiple positions in defense but comes best to his right in midfield. Very combative. Can score goals. Word on the street (unsubstantiated rumour) is that he has already signed a pre-contract with Manchester United.

Pienaar: creative player who mostly plays on the right side of the midfield. Great vision. Massively underrated (and misused on the right wing) at Ajax.

Thanks for that. Pienaar seems like a good replacement for Rosicky once he is sold after the WC. BvM knows lots of dutch players so he should be able to get us a replacement.

The Henrik Larsson rumors seem to be gathering lots of pace! Under normal circumstances I could not see Larsson trading in Barcelona for Dortmund, but with the World Cup looming and all, I would say the move is very plausible, and could happen in December. Larsson needs to be playing regularly on a World Cup year, and from what I'm hearing he's not getting much playing time at Barca. Ronaldinho, Eto'o, and Guily are all ahead of him in the pecking order.

Make it happen, Watzke. Bring him in.
