Does this patch cause FIFA to crash? I am very careful when if comes to .exe programs. I prefer manual programs. I can instal. What zdata files should I back up? Thanks.....

It's curious...I've got this bug in a strange way: it happened to original special faces when I subbed another player with special face.
For example: I've got a classic England with John Barnes and Paul Gascoigne. Anytime I sub John Barnes (with Paul Scholes, for example, which is an original EA Player) Paul Gascoigne's skin becomes all black.
Gascoigne is one of the hidden players in FIFA: I never imported him, I just had to create the player with that ID (162253).
Hope this could be helpful.
