Big issue with the rules

I understand that words like "Gay" is now modern slang for stupid, and "poof" is modern slang for "woman".

Example:
A: "2+2 is 5"
B: "Haha, you're gay"

Or

"Ha you can't live a 20KG bar? You poof...."

All the same, it is still offensive to others.

It's offending people and it's victimising not only them, but their sexuality.

This evening I have seen two posts aimed towards me attacking my sexuality. What price do I have to pay to view these forums? Being called Homo, poof, fudge packer, cock knocker, fag e.t.c?

It looks like SG will follow that trend.

there is a bit of a difference between using "gay" as an insult and beating up someone for their sexuality you know

I have been a member for a bout three years now and this is what I wantH)

A clear code on racism/discrimination to be developed, and a strict policing of the code to be in place.

From what I can see some people are being made examples of while others are allowed to say whatever they want as the admins are afraid of confrontation with certian individuals.

Same rules for all, mods included....

If I break the rules I want the same punishment as both the mods, newbies and veterans alike....

If whoever did stuff to his account gets banned, I'd like to see the other mods that had an influence into me getting screwed over being disciplined too.

I got banned from the SGF forum, because someone seen my name in an argument and immediately presumed I was guilty.
