big error with creation centre:
when i start to install a pakage 2 errors appears the 1st appears then i click ignore then the 2nd appears plz help me

1st error:

I have no idea about these errors but I think someone said once that there were problems if the CC wasnt installed in the default folder (parallel to the fifa 2003 game)

and whats btw? :confused:

all the guys have the same problem
you have to install both fifa 2003 and creation center to the same directory, it's best to install both programs to their default directories

c:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 2003
c:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 2003 Creation Center

Why would the program have a problem with a file D:\fifa\tools\cmn\db\x_access\dbremap.c if your CC was installed in c:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 2003 Creation Center ???

Can you upload CC 1.5's Source file? Someone can refine that..


I have problem with CC 1.5 too.

When I save my edit, and exit and,

re run CC 1.5 and open my saved pkg,

runtime error occured, "Type does not match" in korean.

I use korean cc 1.0 and overwrite 1.5.

but when I uninstall korean version, and reinstall english version.

same problem occured.

And, Change to CC 1.0 and open saved pkg, it works..no error.

Hey guys I found out how to solve the problem.

It is caused by the No CD reg patch, and to fix it, goto the registry, and find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2003\

If you see that the data in "InstallDir" is ".\", change it to "C:\PROGRA~1\EASPOR~1\FIFA20~1\". (Or where your FIFA 2003 is installed)

If correct, only keys "CD Drive" and "Installed From" are ".\" after you fixed it.

CC should work fine. You can install packages from now on.
