This problem is probably casued by that reg key. So do you install your FIFA 2003 in the default folder?

If yes maybe you can try "C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 2003"

LOL can install package successfuly based on above fix which works for me because I previously installed fifa2003 on another drive, before doing full new install on c: drive.

But pretty lame now after installed package can't uninstall package due to unable to open package from runtime error 13 mismatch. LOL


Hopefully the bugfix version for cc 1.5 will fix it.
