I've tried this.I downloaded fifa 2010 world cup xbox 360 pal iso and put connected with eng_us files to my Game\ path as your told.
My rna.ini parameters;

i tried this rna.ini but same thing... when i go to select spanish commentaries in options... game grashed. fifa.exe error

yes, agree with you. My fifa 11 now contains english, mexico spanish, portugese and italian commentaries. Among them english commentary is pretty dull~
