It finished 3:2 for Catania. Vucinic and Menez scored for Roma. We finished the year as we began it.:(

Lazio gave us a lesson yesterday. 4:2 with two red cards for our players. Spall should really do something with it. As for now the European League is waiting for us.

Anthony, remember u were fan of AS Roma......so Totti is not dumb, that bastard of Balotelli offended the fans of Roma and the city of Roma, of course Totti must not kick him in that way but a punishment for certain players is necessary, so its true, italian football sucks, so the reason why ok I watch all the matches of Roma but no other matches, its a scandal the way Inter is raping another championship, and this year they're raping in champions league too, think to the semifinal with Barcelona.....anyway Balotelli is only a bastard that declaired last season something like "I'm more italian than all the fans of Roma and Juventus", sure take a look at the colour of his skin! I'm not racist of course but he comes from Nigeria, he's italian like I'm arabic or polish.......
Anyway forza Roma!:)

Try translate this, words of Totti:
Roma, 10:09

Yes I have but I didn't see them in Serie A top 3 or in the final of Coppa Italia this season. Yesterday's match showed what's Italian football is about - cheating, whining, complaining, provocating.

Italian football sucks because Inter is winning in Italy AND in Europe? you aren't making much sense ...

you just sound like you are frustrated by your own team's lack of success, while Inter enjoys their's ...

you can say "I'm not racist", but your ideas show otherwise ... Balotelli was born in Sicily ... that makes him Italian ... doesn't matter if his biological parents are from Ghana (not Nigeria) ... he was born in Italy, he was brought up in Italy, he is Italian ... if your argument is only about the colour of his skin, then your argument is racist; no two ways about it ...

the world is changing ... you aren't from one country because you have a certain skin colour ... and if you have ever read anything on anthropology, you will know that all humankind originated from Africa ...

you are being willfully ignorant ... that final was ugly because of Roma, not because of Inter ...

the idea of sledging sadly pervades all sports ... everyone knows Matrix is a f*cking c*nt ... see my post about him in the Inter thread ... but Totti wouldn't have dared kick him ... Balotelli is a kid who feels the world around him is against him, and he's going to say stupid stuff ... he's still a damn teenager ... but what the hell is Totti's excuse for resorting to violence?! there is never a reason to resort to violence, especially in sports ... there is no excuse for his actions ...

I love Totti for his football, but that was just disgraceful ... there is no excuse ... I guarantee you, if an Inter player had kicked a Roma player like that, you guys would be going on and on and on about how Inter is a disgrace and all that bullsh!t ...

you have? really? because if you have, then your statement makes no sense, because they've been playing some excellent football, against all the big teams ... and you should also know that Samp may yet finish in the top 3 ... and either Palermo or Sampdoria will be in the Champions League next season ... and since it is only about the top 3 and the Coppa Italia final for you, I might as well add that Udinese, a relegation candidate, reached the semis of the Coppa Italia ...

you are just being willfully ignorant about what Italian football is on the pitch ... you're a Roma fan, and I'm sure if Roma won, you'd have said it was an amazing achievement ... because they're not, you're coming up with some pathetic excuses ... shameful!

so you don't like one team dominating? ok, fair enough ...

you liking German football because of that, I can understand ... the model they have employed for their league, with the vast number of teams with 5 star stadia, all with amazing attendance figures, watching decent football, is definitely something that a lot of other leagues would want to emulate ... but then you choose to support Bayern, who are THE big team in Germany, and have always dominated, and who a lot of people in Germany love to hate because of it ...

and Scottish football? they have been dominated by the Old Firm for decades upon decades ...

English and Spanish football too have been dominated by 2-3 teams ...

how many teams have won the Premiership since it was founded 17 seasons ago? only 4 ... and of that, Blackburn won it 1 season, Arsenal 3, Mourinho's Chelsea 2, but Manchester United 11 times! Liverpool have always been mentioned as a top team or whatever, but they haven't won the league in decades ...

and in Spain, Real Madrid and Barcelona are so far away in the lead this season that the 4th place side Sevilla is actually closer in terms of points to the relegation zone than they are to Real Madrid in 2nd place!!!

there is an idiom/cliché in English which goes: "familiarity breeds contempt" ... I think that is the case with you and calcio ...

Please, read my post properly.

I already admitted that Totti behaved like a moron (not the first time and perhaps not the last) and I do not approve that. Also I do not approve behaviour of Matrix.

And who's doing now an ignorant generalization? Not every single fan is like you, man. I wouldn't change my mind even if Roma won the cup. The final itself was ****ty and that's a fact. All the players have played they dirty games on the pitch and that's a fact. Nevertheless, Inter is playing the most effective football on Earth and that's a fact too. I've always said that style doesn't matter as long as you win.:)

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... who cares about the style of playing, really? You do not get extra goals for tricks and ball possession. Do you really think that Greeks cared about the style in 2004? You can play beautiful and so on, but if you don't win then what's all that for? But if you can combine those things together that's good for you and your fans.

And I beg you, do not behave like you would know everything about the all major football leagues around the Europe.
