Regarding national anthems, its extremely weird. No matter what details I change in the data set it just keeps playing the Korean national anthem in the soundbank. You can even change the variation ids so they are just 0 to 56 to match the variation id and it still works.

Ok so national anthems I've managed to get working however it is a workaround I'm sure the tool is not supposed to work like this; but hey this method works for me.
1) I cleared down the anthems so that only one existed in anthems_national (I chose England)
2) I switched to data mode (selection) and cleared them down so that only the one row was there which was the one which referred to england
3) Variations I did the same, same with segments.
4) I changed the segment index in segments to be 0 for the remaining anthem. I made sure the variationindex in variations was 0 and the variationid was 0.
!!Save everything in dataset mode!!
------------
You should now have something like this
------------
- SELECTIONS -
0 0 1318 -1 3
-VARIATIONS-
0 0 1 0 1 0 0 0
-SEGMENTS-
15.000125 0 843827 0
and back in variations mode you should have only the one anthem
0 0 00:15.000

- Now I can re-add the anthems that were there previously and add new ones.
1) Click on Add New Sound
2) It only seems to like you adding wav files with a bitrate of 3072kbps. Also try to make the sound 15 seconds long exactly.
3) Go to the selection data set in dataset mode and add a new row like this
1 1 1335 -1 3
For each new anthem increase the variation index and variationid by 1. League id should always be the same as the other rows (that long number which represents -1). The final column with the weird number should always be 3 and teamid obviously whichever team you want it to play for.
Hopefully this works for the rest of you, I'm still in the process of testing the method fully so make sure you save everything before you start messing around with it

Found it, thanks. Liverpool's anthem was in chants_demo folder.
Will have a try. How many anthems have you been able to add for it to work fine ? Also, how do you delete each row btw ?

Can only the chants be imported and exported or can you also add more for other equipment not included in the game?
You cannot add more tracks, you can only replace them. The tool is a bit unstable and I don't really see them working on it for a while now that they are busy with Fifa23 Editor.
