Yes!... all your unlockables are in the FIF2005/A. Settings/A.settings file in you 'My Documents' folder..

just open this with notepad or wordpad.... you will see lines like settingname=0/xyz=0 first (these are your settings, like your fav team etc...)... then you will start to see lines like &UNLOOCK/kit53=0&UNLOCK/stad22=0 etc.... these are the unlockables

on such lines... just replace the 0's with 1's and VOILA!

there are also lines which say wincup22=0 etc... these are the number of times you've won some cup... or beat5star=0 which is how many times you've beaten a five star, but using these seems pretty pointless unless you really get a kick out of seeing all the trophies...

i actually just use it to unlock night stadiums... so my 'make believe' CL actually feels like it.... i always thought that such unlockables were stupid in a sports game anyway... why do i have to play 10 cups before i can have all the night stadiums... does EA think i will play another season just for the night stadium then :P

Anyway.. there is also another variable which says STOREPOINTS=2000 which are your store points... so you can cheat a bit there 2!... the catch is that if your current storepoints are in 4 digits.. making them in 5 digits somehow messes up the settings file to be unloadable... (this might be some kind of checksum that EA have placed.. or probably just something to do with the way notepad saves new characters spaces, cuz in all other cases we aren't increasing the number of characters ... maybe a more advanced text editor won't cause this problem)... so if your current points are 2000 the max you can get from this method is 9999

FINALLY!... at least on my machine... ALL the unlockables didn't have an entry into my A.settings.... (i got lik 64/80)... and i have a hunch that just adding something like kit32=1 will again increase the file size and cause problems.. but then you can always increase your store points and buy those things from the front end!...

A BIG WORD OF WARNING... BACKUP THE FILE!... you don't want to make one mistake and lose all your settings .. very annoying...

and plz... for those people who already knew this.. don't waste your breath and my time by just posting:

FATIGUE=1&OPTIONS/
PIECE6=7&OPTIONS/
RESOLUTION=8&OPTIONS/ (Maybe we can add 1280x ?)
POWERUPSPEED=33&OPTIONS/ (For People who have Gamespeed Problems?)
And i miss some Stadiums 3,4,11 (Can we add a new line and unlock more hidden Stadiums ?)

hi; i cant seem to get this to work; i dont think notepad was meant to open this file; cause i tried to make the changes fro example unlocking night stadiums but how do you save the file; cause i save it but when i start fifa it tells me it couldnt upload my settings; in other words nothing happens or the file is useles.

I don't know for sure because I don't have FIFA 2005 for PC, I've got it for XBox, but if I had to guess, I'd say that the "Notepad" file is probably supposed to be an .ini file. Just a guess.

ok, these lines are just your normal settings, like fatigue, and powerupspeed etc... you can access these from the front end.. no need to tinker here :)

as for adding new stadiums... i've noticed that adding extra charactars (instead of just changing some) makes the file fail during FIFA load..... like i said... this might be some checksum, or maybe we need to use some more advanced text editor (maybe notepad, wordpad put some non-visible junk charactars at the end of each line or something, which cannot be seen, but cause problems when FIFA is reading the file)...

anyway, just a little update.... my post was slightly incorrect... while i said notepad, i actually did it with wordpad.. just assumed there'd be no difference...

so for those ppl for whom this isn't working, try wordpad next... and IMPORTANT... do not ADD any more charactars... just change the existing ones.. like 0 to 1

Hey thanks for the tip, although i havent tried it cuz i'm not at home but one suggestion i would make is that when you try to edit this file do it this: Edit ONLY one string in the setting then save the file and try to see if it works. If it does great, continue on but if it doesnt then you know not to edit it again.

Just to add one thing, i dont know if anyone posted this already but when i was messing around about editing rosters and all that, there was file for this store value etc. In it there was your amount on top and the cost of the things on the bottom. I tried to edit my value and others but that just made things wrong in the game for ex. i changed 4000 to lets say 20 and in the game the price went up to like 16999 etc. I dont know if i changed it to 1000 if it would stay the same.

but i will try this and see how it goes.

I just tried the edit in wordpad and when I load the game it says "Cannot load file. Out of date" Then I have to start over again.

Nomber 4 stadium is Gerland, Number 11 is Olympico which can be unlocked, as well as the SamiYen stadium (No.18) with a patch that has been posted on the forum sumwher, and there is no stadium number 3.
