2022-23 patch for FIFA 11 [tokke001]

I just finished my first season and indeed, all Cups that I added to MM work properly, even though they don't appear in the groups table.
The Creation Master app doesn't load the DB anymore, even when I open it as admin. Do you know what could be wrong?

Neither Tokke nor the guy who is updating DB haven't posted anything else. Tokke doesn't know if he's going to do the update, he's seeing what it will be for EAFC 24. The other one never updated DB again, he hasn't posted anything for 2 months

If you or anyone else could help me with that I would be forever grateful.

How did you create a new competition in FIFA 11?
Because I wanted to add some South American and North American competitions

(im trying to play this patch, but also trying to play CEP, i found the patch on one of my oldest HDD)
As you may know, FIFA 11 is unavailable to purchase :C
