It's going to come down to goal difference in the Napoli - Arsenal game. Napoli would have to beat Arsenal by three goals or more in order to qualify, and thus, eliminate Arsenal in the process. Such a scenario would put Dortmund in first place, Napoli in second and Arsenal in third. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

It'd probably be head to head on away goals or GD.

Dortmund will go through if they win against OM because they've scored more against Napoli and they have more away goals against Arsenal.

Then it's between Arsenal and Napoli. Napoli have to win by at least three. If Napoli win by 2-0, Arsenal have a superior overall GD and anything like 3-1 or higher wil see Arsenal through on away goals.
