I extracted all files from data_3.big of fifa online 3,
data_3.big were only face-textures (...\Game\data\sceneassets\faces)

8010 files (7200 generic, 810 specific faces)


also: the head 3d models is needed to get faces properly...
(think they are at data_2.big)

includes:
- tattoos enabled (edited player9.lua file)

notes:
- recommended for stronger pc's (it may lag/crash the game)
- make backup of files "data0.big & data0.bh" if u want to change back...
- NO regenerate needed


players with tattoos are: Puyol, Dani Alves, Fàbregas, Adriano (barca), S Busquets, Tello, Pepe, Marcelo, Di Maria, hamsik, Lavezzi, De Rossi

I ll try do more in future maybe,
or if there others who wants to do it:
the tattoo graphics I got from fifa 14 mod, it only needs to be rescaled/transformed bit with some painting program

I took another look at original data.big files and on the original data_2.big are mostly the kits, shoes and balls. You mentioned you believed that the head models were on the data_2.big (on the updated files) I've noticed that the first rx3 file on data_2.big is an accessory, so it seems they've kinda mixed the various files across the data.bigs in the update. I also realized why the textures id's for the faces are so high... They've updated all the textures for the new head models, so the previous versions of the textures (same players but from earlier seasons) were included as well that's why there are really high id's in there. There at least 2 versions of Ronaldo's face, Messi, Neymar and so on.
The creator of quickbms might be interested in creating a script to decrypt the new files... At least I remeber seeing in his website a reference to his enthusiasm over challenges

run regenerate-program:

* select "take care of edited files..." > GO

got the hair working now, only the head models still missing...

- hair-textures + models (generic & specific faces)
- 'hairlod' files (also for specific faces...)


maybe someone should look them (with CM11, ...) or open the texture files with filemaster,
to see all faces/textures are ok, as there may be small problems...
(also: rember most hair wont fit without correct head-models..)
