2013-14 patch for FIFA 11 - New Leagues & Teams

you doing a great job man! Hope you will found a way to resolve this problem. Can you post any face texture that you discovered?
I only affraid that ea changed rx.3 files(like in fifa 14)

tokke i have the solution, all the new faces are in "fifa world" with the format of fifa 11 and you can see them with " fifa file explorer for fifa 14" the faces are in other size but you rezise them and done

but i dont know how to make work the head models try to find out please =)

the faces/models from fifa world are not fifa 11 compatible I think
u tried copy the .rx3 face to fifa 11 folder, to see it appear ingame?


I had some faces from the new fifa online 3 exported,
the size of png is only 256x128

I copied the original (fifa online 3) .rx3 file to my fifa 11 folder,
and the face appeared ingame...

so files (+ heads files I think) are still fifa compatible


I also extracted all the stadiums,
and compared the sizes to see what stadium was wich...
there are no new stadiums added I see (all same size as original fifa 11)

except 1: old traford stadium (man united) got different size
but don't know what changed ingame....
(I ll upload here...)

Fifa World files have the same format as Fifa 12 and Fifa 13 (the most noticeable exception being the stadium files cause those are like the ones in fifa 14), but with different container size. It would be like trying to use Fifa 12 models in 11, which doesn't work. new faces from Fifa world can be used in Fifa 12 and 13 but not in Fifa 11

no idea what changed to the old Trafford stadium,
maybe nothing, maybe some manu fans see a difference

Have you noticed that if you open the decompressed files again with xiv32 you can find the name of the rx3 file inside it?

here the upload of some files wich are ready, also the original (FIFA 14) files are included (from the FIP 14)

the exported png files of the fifa 14 version

INSTALL:

no you are wong the face texture are compatible im using a lot of them you have to rezise them that´s all

The texture files from Fifa 11, 12 and 13 are the same, yes but the faces aren't just made of the textures... The models are different, so, yes you can use the textures, but having the right texture without the proper model is almost, if not worse than having a generic face. So, no, you can't use Fifa world faces in Fifa 11.

Playerface = textures + 3d model;

From Fifa world to 11 the only thing that's the same is the face texture (different container size though) so Fifa world Faces are compatible with Fifa 12 and Fifa 13, not Fifa 11

the main patch (2013-14 patch (v1.2 or later)) is needed for this patch

this is more like an add-on,
if there are persons who maybe only want the main patch...

if u made only changes in the squads (= database), like adding players, teams, leagues, ...

backup your squads
if u copy your squad/database-file "...\FIFA 11\Game\data\db\fifa_ng_db.db" to "...\FIFA 11\Game\data\db\Custom\" folder,
u ll see it will appear at the selector-program (at database list), u can always switch to those squads with the program...


for the graphics (kits, logos, ...):
it depends wich ids you gave to your new teams, leagues, ...
if the ids are the same as from the new patch, then the graphics may be overwritten....
