Cech joining Atlético and having a monster season there would actually be hilarious, but that's not happening given their huge investment in Oblak.

My point is I doubt they can coexist considering that Courtois is already World Class. Either they plan to move one of them (Cech) or shock everyone by playing them together.

It's dawned on me now that soon Chelsea will not have any true leaders in the locker room. Before we had Lamps, Drogba, David Luiz, even Cole and Essien who were good, experienced leaders but now we only have Terry, Cech and Ivanovic. Two of those will likely leave soon. With DL gone, my pick for future captain is up in the air. Ivanovic will probably get it but beyond him there isn't anyone who jumps out as being a born leader. Cahill, Azpi and Schurrle are very hard workers and Schurrle has immediately become a popular member of the squad but none of them really inspire me like Terry or Drogba or DL did.
