Overall point is not correct.
fifa 13 points:

it cant be fixed: in fifa 13 the points are a number given by ea (like messi 95)
in fifa 11 is the point calculated (ingame) depending on the skills and the place where the player is playing in the formation (like messi 91 as forward, and 10 as central defender)

i put the number 95 in the db of fifa 11 for messi, but the game ignores it.
only when playing career: if you look at your barca formation, you ll see messi 95 alves 85 sometimes...

the prob is fifa13 added some new attributes ...but fifa11 doesn't have that thats why overall rating not matching....otherwise its perfect ..... same as fifa 13 ratings....

Do I have to remove whole fifa 11 with previous version of patch and install new on fresh copy of fifa 11?
Or can I just put patch new version files on 1st version of patch? (overwrite).
I think this is important info and should be on 1st page.

Tokke, you've done fantastic job, your update is really great, many thanks for that. It is a pleasure to play FIFA with new squads, but... not for a longer time in my case, because the game crashes unbelievably often, especially during transfers in manager mode and also when replays are displayed. I installed clear copy, than the patch and your update, but the problem still takes place. Have you got any idea how I can fix that?

What now? Re install and again install patch?

I have even Polish comment, and as I was then, this patch was not it

in my case, no, I have written before, what and how,

now i reinstalled fife, then I install the patch 1.01 and I install the latest patch Toke, now i cant turn fifa at all. :/
