It doesnt matter that you have windows on different disc. I also have and have no problem, the game runs ok. I got message "Fifa is not installed etc" until I run WC.reg correctly with Registry Editor.
Also make sure you placed WCSA10 folder into right place (disc:\Documents and Settings:\yourprofile:\documents).

i can't start the game after creating the profile game crashes everytime ..

You don't understand ? We can't "fix" the multiplayer because we have to change the team ID's then, and that'll **** up the whole game.
