This match really made my night. Was forced into a dinner and it was brilliant asking someone for the result and hear it's 1-1 and I thought: keep it up and we've got a good chance. Then 1-2, and then 1-3. This is ours. I assume Riccy will feature in that match and I wouldn't mind a defensive approach. Am intrigued to see Guus' approach to the game. Brilliant stuff, and from hat I saw of the summary, an excellent match. Pool paid for not starting Benayoun.
Am hoping for Villareal to go through and get us, so I might be able to go the Madrigal and watch us live again. Am expecting Arsenal (Barca, and Porto (hopefully, although after winning at Anfield, away wins don't seem so difficult). I expect us to meet Barca sooner or later, hopefully at the final for a great showdown. An Arsenal - Barca game should be great if it happens.
I'm feeling good, the league is not impossible, I think we're still in the cup and CL is looking better and better.

As a Liverpool Fan, i don´t have nothing elks to say, Chelsea took advantage and they scored the oportunities that they got, and its a pitty to lose in Anfield, so Congratulations to you Chelsea people, but don´t think that its over.

That aside, what a great victory, we absolutely proved almost every footie pundit wrong with our great display last night. On hindsight, I don't think Terry got booked on purpose, he accidently collided with Reina and its a shame the ref didn't have better judgement on 50-50 challenges. He came off worst in that challenge after looking at the highlights. I thought Mascherano was a big big miss for them. We took advantage of it completely. Well done lads. Its certainly not over, but we're brimming with total confidence now, and we haven't had that for a while now.

You guys didn't deserve the penalty - Cahill's arms were at his side and he benefitted in no way, nor did he attempt to, from the ball being played on his arm by Lampard. That said, you have to credit Bolton for scoring three times at Stamford Bridge. If Elmander wasn't in such crappy form he would have probably gotten another as well. You were nearly shown up for assuming that Bolton was dead and buried, and it would have been interesting to see what would have happened if Bolton had been able to sneak a win or draw after Guus subbed out Lampard and Drogba - although that was quite understandable. Cheers, and good luck in the second leg of your CL game with Liverpool.
