I believe Barca also have to face Madrid, Valencia, Villareal and/or Sevilla around that period, or at least some tough teams. Should they slip up in the league by then, or should Madrid not slip up and keep the pressure up, it'll force them to field strong sides all the time, which will be good for us. We're chasing the league as well, but our schedule is easier, barring the FA match, no other team we'll face (other than Barca) is on our level. We shouldn't take those games lightly, but we could afford to rest Lamps and Drogs like we did with Bolton, faith in Guus to not make the same mistakes.

It's looking up. ManU seem destined to slip up at least once, and Pool have to face Arsenal soon, and I saw Torres limp a bit, we've got a good shot at getting silverware this season. God I hope Guus stays.

They have Getafe, Sevilla, Valencia, and Real Madrid in between your game.

If Barca slip up, then Real will win La Liga.
If Real Madrid win La Liga, Man Utd will win EPL. Remember EPL and LA Liga are linked?

If Barca don't slip up, they win the LA Liga.
If Barca win the LA Liga, Chelsea win the EPL.

So you guys should pray that Barca don't actually slip up. Haha. :D

Well, to everyone who predicted this as the most "boring" tie the CL QFs, this was a welcome wake-up call that u can never be sure of things before the match begins.
People always say football is unpredictable, and this just tops it. Great match, never knew which way it was going to go, typical Lamps popping up and saving us at the death.

Liverpool looked down and out more than twice but came back splendidly, great spirit shown by them, but in that department, we weren't lacking as well.

Well done boys.
Lets hope this is the end of Liverpool Chelsea matches in the CL for at least the next few years to come.

We won't have Cole at Camp Nou. Maybe we'll play Essien there to deal with Messi, and Mikel will play in midfield? It's a pretty important blow actually, what without Bridge, and I think e don't have Ferreira either.

Messi is in the form of his life. He could tear that side of the midfield to shreds.....

From what I've seen he's only a tad sturdier than Ronaldo, a bodycheck from Essien could do a lot. I trust Michael, he can take care of Messi. People said Ronaldinho woud tear us to shreds, yet Boulahrouz neutralised for 90 minutes, Barca's form is not intimidating us.

And Mikel is underrated for his defensive skills, he can mark Iniesta if Guus wants him to. I'm only worried about the mental aspect, we need to go in knowing what we're gonna do, and Guus should manage.

No injuries, plz, kthxby.
