Denzel is da sh*t, he just keeps on delivering, fantastic other than Crowe's lack of ability to do an american accent, i really really enjoyed the movie, highly recommend it

Just saw that film too.

Like all gangster films, it dragged on a bit and was a tad too long for my liking. But overall, a great film. Denzel has always been one of my favourite actors and this film just justifies my thoughts even more. Legend.

the scene between him and cuba gooding jr, in the club

yeah. I'm a big fan of Cuba Gooding Jr also, very good actor who seems to pick the right parts to play. I couldn't help but giggle at the amount of cliche black american actors in the film though. Literally from the beginning i couldn't wait for Cuba Gooding Jr and Joe Morton to pop up at some point.

i didn't really notice it, i suppose i've become immune to bad Crowe accents.

I just watched Bee Movie, and was amazed at the stupidity of the movie. It made me laugh and i loved it. ALthough you cant help but noticing Jerry Seinfelds voice...

A Night At The Roxbury

I'm not a big fan of Katan but Ferrell saved the movie with his awesome performance. If you're a Will Ferrell fan than you have to see this.

Sure did, actually I hadn't even heard about it up until like a week ago. Don't forget that I didn't move to the US until 2000 and this movie came out in 1998. I had other interests back then.

Its the Coens, and its a violent movie being called one of the best ever (by critics only so far though). shouldn't dissapoint

Imdb ratting do tend to fall down as time goes by, but It does look pretty impressive. Dunno how I even missed that film in the first place

Saw 30 Days Of Night tonight, twice actually, back to back, in the same auditorium, with one chick the first time and two different chicks the second time (don't ask).

Anyway, it was pretty good, it borrowed lots of things from 28 Days/Weeks Later and had some pretty big plot holes but there were some really cool gory scenes that saved it.
