Sacked and looking for a job...

K, I'm a newbie at the game after I bought CM 00/01 last week. Now after a few good seasons managing Porto, I stumbled upon a little dip in my carreer which resulted in me getting sacked. I tried applying for other jobs, but never get an answer and can't get another job.

Maybe you guys have a solution for this?

You can either keep trying, maybe lower your expectations, trying teams in lower leagues, or, if it still doesn't work, add a new manager.
I don't know if there was a bug like this in 00/01 (like there was in 03/04), someone else might know that.

A little dip eh? hmmm.....anyway, your reputation is probably going to be sh*te just now, so you'll probably have to settle for a low level job, possibly in the third division or something. No top club will look at you twice right now I suspect. They hardly ever bother to reply to applications. JUst look from time to time at their general info and you'll find that the position of manager has often been filled. The only other alternative is restarting the game I'm afraid.
