I talked with him!, he said me that he is working on Djibouti (only 30% remaining) but now he have less time to work in it.

Yes but some stadiums have download link broken. For example Dominica - Windsor Park Stadium isn't downloadable.... Is there anyone who can re-upload the files? Thank you.
