Nice one!
I just completed my first season in charge of Perth Glory. Won the league and championship, it was close this, i had to beat Adelaide by more than 2 goals and had to rely on Roar beating sydney on the final day to get there i won 4-1 and Roar beat sydney 3-1 so i was champion
Im unbeaten in the Asian CL at too, only three games into the group stages tho.

Odd i know but it works
just got Australia to the semi's of the WC with this tactic, lost 1-0 to Italy in the end but i beat Holland in the quarters which was nice

Ronnie Bull is in the game.... although he doesn't seem to play much in the game i'm playing (they got some fullback who is as equally as bad ) ... anyway... i have Australian a-League (the only division you can pick in Australia + The top 3 divisions in England) ...

Ronnie Bull came in for the target for many jokes in real life when the Roar played NZ.... when the ball went out in the NZ defensive corner, under a suspect decision..... Ronnie went to pick up the ball and was greated by some fan yelling out "THATS BULL!!!!" (etc etc) ... ok... well i was the only person in the stadium who found it funny.... but still... i think ronnie liked it also.

anyone else bothered by the restrictions on salary and squad size in the game???? sterjovski couldnt re-sign, and i lost a few older guys (corica, zdrillic, rudan, ceccoli) and because of these restrictions i have to use my useless **** u20 players

he left NZ a while ago IRL, as did simon yeo last week. they are both in the game dB as nz players though

yes that pisses me off no end, im not looking forward to some of my better players contracts coming up for renewal...ive been fighting of european clubs with a stick as it is, once their contract run out ive got no hope...

Sorry to dig up an old thread...

Anyone playing A-League, have you found a way to get around the squad restrictions? I think it has something to do with the registration...

OK, i just installed the .3 patch and now on my team selection screen, it doesn't have the min requirements of 16 U20 players??? Do we no longer need a minimum? Coooooooool
