Manager/ Career mode mod

Hi All,

Is there a Manager/ Career mode mod that allows for International tournaments to be played in Manager mode?

Also, is there a patch that adds more national teams to the game?

I still play Fifa 23 bcoz I haven't found this mod but would like to play FC 24.
