I found this tuto about real player as manager, but maybe it's way simple with RDBM !

Here you have a "Vertonghen with beard" and then my work.
I use this player as a basework for my Villas Boas V.1 'cause they look quite similar IRL (shape of the face, hairs, etc...) but next time you want to comment my work don't resume 3 hours of (free) editing face texture, normal file, head mesh, by a stupid "lol"
