i need fifa.xml file on fifa 20 because i want make theme

so i need this file after run frosty mod editor then legacy explorer then type theme and we will find fifa.xml
i need help because i want make first theme mod for fifa 21

You can export the fifa.xml fom the Frosty Editor easily, after then open the file in Visual Studio Code where you can change the theme the way you like. But i have to say it's not easy but it's worth it to try.

Important to know is what colour combinations you want to use. Always start with a basic one after then you can try other combinations. Goodluck!
