HELP How to enable the italian champion chest badge?

Looking through the files of FC25 with the editor tool I found the italian Scudetto, the champions badge that the reigning champions wear on their chest, with the ID 800031. I tried with RDBM24 and the newest live editor to assign that ID, but in game I get nothing. It just does not appear.

Am I doing something wrong? I'd really love to see the Italian champions wear the badge like it happens for other leagues like Premier, Bundes or Ligue 1

I have the same problem, I hope someone can provide the solution, because it would be great to see the Scudetto on the chest.

So I'm here again, still trying to figure it out. I tried editing the hotspots enabling the one for the chest badge, then tried enabling the badge through the live editor, made a save and it still doesn't appear, despite having a working hotspot for that badge. I tried both the italian badge (ID 800031) and the Libertadores badge (ID 801003). I also tried changing the badge on a team that already has one (Fluminense) trying to see if the italian badge was working on that, and it's not.

I don't know what else to try. I know it can be done because there is a mod that does it, the Triskele Mod, but when asked, a couple of years ago (yes, I've been trying to figure this out for a long time) authors didn't seem keen on sharing this particular detail
