how do you juggle a soccer ball

practice with a bounce in between each kick then once u get good at thaty then styart yto do it with out a bounce and so on, just practice about 30 minutes a day and u will have it in no time you just got to keep at it

don't lean back when you juggle, make sure stay verticle if not slightly over the ball

Ah...I get what you want.

I do a trick to this one. First I started with a Basketball ball, semi-empty. It is bigger than a soccer ball, therefore easier. After some days with it, I tried with a soccer ball.
Result: first try, 20 juggles. Not bad for a guy that makes 10 juggles normally. But juggling is not my speciality =P

Haha, "how do I get the ball from one foot to the other?"

Either you're about 7 years old, or you suck so much that you should find another game. Here's how you do it... you kick it in the air with your right foot, and then, this is the tricky part, you kick it with your left foot. Now, you can either kick it slightly sideways with your right foot, or you can turn your body slightly, either will work.

lol you need to dumb it down a bit, that's still too complex to figure out.

Anyways just practice through trial and error, eventually you'll get it. There's really no secret to it.

i've practicing but i can't get it to go from one foot to the other.

You are called Joga Bonito yet can't kick a ball with both feet? damn.

the only thing i would recomend is dont ask ppl online? thats not gonna help jsut find someone around the neighborhood. ha ha

or be the back up goalie on ur team like me and practice juggling all day cuz u get no action

it just takes years of prac and you have to love to do it, one will be able to do it better then the other to just because he is more of a tech player. there are pro's who can't do it decent either, trust me.

my advice: enjoy it and do it all the time with everything that is round :)

tip: use a deflated ball to begin with. cheap trick but it does help at the beginning.

any sort of ball control exercise would help you juggle. practise, practise, practise.

^^ true

a lighter ball also helps. Try juggling using a deflated volley ball. If that doesn't work stick to playing chess.

can only do it with my left foot...my rite sucks...any1 here no how 2 do around the world...still trying learn but getting no where fast lol
