help with team names and logos

In the editor, go to legacy explorer, then go to data, then go to loc, and finally, if you are Portuguese for example, you must export the files ( por_pt and por_pt_meta ) if you are French ( fre_fr and fre_fr_meta ) and so on against.
After that, open these two files with the "db master" that's where you'll be able to edit the names of the teams, after editing, save the files and then import them into the editor.

As for the logos, go to legacy explorer, type the id of the team you want to modify, and just import the logos.

Unfortunately, nowadays, people are very attached to money, and everything they do they want to charge, even simple information.
I'm a former PES editor, and in the PES community the guys were very friendly, they shared everything, in FIFA communities it's very different, there is little or almost no help.
