Well my footy season ended last month for some ghey reason, and now have 6 months before the new season starts. I took 3 weeks off training as their was no point, but came back as it was something to do. For some reason my fitness has completly gone in those 3 weeks I was never a fit player to be honest (skills/technique are my good side, stamina/pace is not) but now I'm getting knackerd after one lap of a pitch So i've got 6 months of trainin an a few 6-a-side tournaments before the new season, is there anyway I can slowly get my fitness back up? I'm not some fitness freek who drinks slimfast and does 500 sit ups each night, i just want to improve my Cardiovascular endurance and stamina a bit. Any tips?
