FIFA 15 Creation master Error

Hello, dear community,

i removed some leagues in creation master, and now, everytime i want to save, i get this message:

Error: 14999: Debug Trap: Task:aveToTasks()

Can anybody help me and tell me how to fix it?

I made a backup and did change the database.
So I have to redo some work but at least everything is fine.
