Compdata for the Dutch first division

Hey all,

I am currently working on a mod that adds the 1st division (Keuken Kampioen Divisie) of the Netherlands to the game.
Despite being fairly new to modding FIFA, I'm doing well. Various kits and goaltunes are already reflected in the mod, the stadium names have been added, the league logos have been changed and so on.

Now I am only running into the compdata problem. I don't know anything about this and don't know anyone who does.

In the Dutch league, numbers 1 and 2 promote immediately, numbers 3 to 8 play the play-offs. Numbers 17 and 18 from the Eredivisie (top division) directly relegate and number 16 joins in the 2nd round of the play-offs.

If you are or know someone with an understanding of compdata who could possibly teach me a thing or two or help me out, feel free to let me know.

I am making this mod on my own, so this includes all kits etc.
Eventually the mod will be finished, but this is a help request and I'm not posting it for nothing. Without knowledge of compdata I won't get very far and you can only promote from the Keuken Kampioen division to the 2nd bundesliga.
