Classic seasons mods for Fifa 16

Hi everyone, I apologize in advance if I asked my question in the wrong section, but I wanted to know if anyone is able to create the 1997, 2000, 2003 and 2005 season mods/patches for FIFA 16. I know that the "classic patch for fifa 16" exists which contains many classic teams from those years but I was looking for individual mods that recreated these seasons. Hi. The easiest way to do it is probably to use Master Rinaldo's RFS. In the latest version of his editor tool to modify the game you can import teams from entire leagues from Transfermarkt with one click. I don't know if it works well with teams from past seasons though.

Regarding this mod that you would like to create, in addition to the teams would you also like to recreate the competitions with the formulas used at the time?
Like the Champions League with 16 teams or the double group stage?
