Sick ass match.
That was a poorly taken pk by Ozil and was nowhere to be seen the rest of the match. He's a small-time player when you need him to show up in big games.
Kroos was insanely good. Bayern are my favorites to win the whole damn thing.

I've noticed that too. He started the season really well, but during the recent months he has not been quite himself. He really tends to disappear in big matches. Obviously the penalty miss early in the game frustrated him and he didn't really recover after that. Being down to 10 men didn't exactly help either. He seemed kind of lost on the pitch and didn't track back enough (well usually it's not his job anyways).ronnifan9;3630590 said:

Maybe it would have been better for Arsenal if Özil had been subbed off, and Cazorla had stayed on the pitch. Who knows..
At Madrid he usually didn't last more than 70 minutes or something (i might be wrong here), so maybe the EPL has worn him up. The intensity of the games is higher and there is no winter break. Perhaps he's still not accustomized to it, yet. At least his form is showing it lately.
Well, on the evidence of the past two games, I think he could be a good player or even great if he stays fit and shows he can score goals, consistently. Decent feet,fast for a big guy,great presence and is intelligent- has this presence of mind in situations. Interesting mental quality with this positive aggression about him. Pretty much unsettled Boateng and Dante most times he got the chance.
Then again I thought Ramsey is a waste of space and will never get to the level he has reached this season. So who gives a f**k, really. Back inside my closet.

Özil doesn't need some rest, he simpy can't perform on high level when playing against strong teams. Regarding such matches I still can't understand why Arsenal was so stupid enough to pay so much money for him but maybe the Arsenal fans have a different opinion about this tranferkp41;3630647 said:
