32 teams for Champions league are selected only from playable leagues, or are there also some teams from other countries?

Hey, I like the idea of this patch, but is there gonna be an update?
I mean, the Egyptian league is up to date, but all the others are still 2014-15 season! What's up with that?!
I would do it myself, but researching on African football is pretty hard this side of the sea. There's a lot of outdated information out there, and info on home and away kits is pretty scarce, so it's hard for me to try and make them (that, and I have little to no talent for kitmaking).
You need to have CM16 for this. After you've installed the patch, do the following:
1. Go to Patch > Create (it'll always prompt you to save, but you can choose not to if you don't want to).
2. On the dropdown list under Objects Selection, choose Leagues. A list of all leagues available on your current database will appear to the right.
3. Select the leagues you want from this list and click Add above the box to the right; it will show a chart with all the information your selected leagues contain (teams, players, kits, associated balls and so on).
4. Click Create on the top menu, then save it with any name.
5. Revert to the patch you were originally using.
6. Open CM16 again and go to Patch > Load.
7. Click Open on the top menu and choose the .CMP file you saved before. All the information saved before will appear in the chart at the center if you did it right.
8. Uncheck the leagues (for some reason, only the teams and information under them can be imported; if you try to import a league structure, CM16 will return you an error message) and click Import on the top menu.
9. Create the league manually (being careful to use the same ID as it was on the patch), adding the teams into it.
And there you have it!
I usually save one league in each .CMP, because I had experience with a massive .CMP crashing the program. But you can do what you will, experiment any way you feel like.
