I want to suspend my training, but where can I do that? It used to be in the options, and the tutorial still states that, but it isnt there, so how do you do it?

Is this for the off season? If so the players automatically go off on holiday i think?

Yep I believe they go automatically on holiday. A bit too long sometimes(see the other thread).
But I don't know how to do it during season though, but I can't be arsed to start up FM now either.

You can suspend training manually by simply reducing it to 'zero' on the training intensity - but it is automatically done during the holiday periods for clubs.

i read the tutorial and it said you can rest your player by turn the training session off on the manager option screen but infact it is not true. you have to go training screen, click on the schedule and choose Assign All > Rest > 1 Days / 2 Days ....

or you can manually select particular player to give them rest

i created a new training schedule named it rest and putting everything to zero, than i assign all player in general training to the new training schedule.
